St Martins Lane London Hotel

The staff is exceptional, providing a high quality of customer service without being overly fussy. They are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They even surprised me on my birthday, making it a truly memorable experience.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! We were impressed by the beautiful fusion of art deco and contemporary styles throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary gadgets. The staff was exceptional, from the doorman who greeted us by name to the restaurant staff who provided excellent service. We appreciated the thoughtful birthday treats we received during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! we highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities and personalized service exceeded our expectations. the staff was professional and attentive, offering us a complimentary upgrade and fulfilling all our needs. the Jacuzzi in our room was a great feature and we loved the private facilities available exclusively to guests. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the bar area had a great atmosphere.

Although everything was exceptional, we did notice a slight musty smell in the hallways of the hotel. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.

The hotel was centrally located and close to popular attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as a USB cable for charging your phone. The staff was friendly and professional.

The lighting in the room is a bit inadequate, making it difficult to work after dark.

Curtains in the family room don't close fully, causing early morning sunlight to disturb sleep. Complimentary water was not provided after the third day, and I had to request it downstairs and was charged per bottle.

I recently stayed at a hotel in London and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Leicester Square. The room was beautifully decorated with quirky decor, which added a unique touch to my stay. I loved the free standing bath and the espresso machine in the room. The towels and bath robes were fluffy and luxurious. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The front desk and concierge provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, close to city and popular areas for shopping and dining. Room and facilities were clean, comfortable and modern. Front of house staff were exceptional, particularly Fernando who provided outstanding service. Free use of GymBox was a great bonus. Highly recommended breakfast.
